How can I take care of my mental health?

Get regular exercise. 30 minutes of exercise can increase your neurotransmitters and boost your mood. If you can’t do 30 minutes at one time, break it up during the day.

Eat healthy, regular meals. Stay hydrated. Eating healthy meals and drinking plenty of water can help you focus during the day.

Get rest. Instead of resting once you’re worn-out or have nothing left to give, practice resting to recharge before you are completely burned out.

Find some relaxing activity. Try a meditation app or practice abdominal breathing exercises. Try other activities such as reading, listening to music or adopt a hobby.

Practice gratitude. Review your day and find 3 specific things you can be thankful for.

Stay socially connected. Spend time with family or friends to receive emotional support and connection.
